Omelett av två ägg och lite vatten, svartpeppar + två stänk fisksås, stekt i smör, med tonfisk, röd paprika och grönt äppel. En stor kopp starkt Earl Grey-té till det, gott!
I'm fasting today (eating less than 600kcal in 34 hours) so breakfast consists of just a small omelette with tuna and black-pepper, topped with sweet red peppers and diced apple, and a cup of black Earl Grey Tea. This is my 52:nd week of fasting once every 7 days, and I'm loving it! I feel great and have lost 6kg during the course of that year.
